Microchip High-Reliability Discrete (HRDS) Products come in various packaging and quality screening options. These products range from discrete analog components to mixed-signal integrated circuits to complete system solutions. The HRDS products include hermetically sealed and non-hermetic/plastic products that are screened to various qualification levels. These power solutions cover diodes, transistors, MOSFETs, power management devices, linear and switching regulators, converters, inverters, and power modules.?The high-reliability discrete products also provide mixed-signal integrated circuit offerings that include FPGAs, SoCs, drivers, and amplifiers.
